1) Returns (30 Days)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
2) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom / Personalized / Engraved items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper care
3) Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
✅ Exception:
If you received a wrong item or the product arrived damaged/defective, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or refund.
4) Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/video of the product and packaging
We will review the case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
5) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
6) Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items (subject to availability).
If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details and the item you want to exchange.
7) Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order (only if the order has not been processed/shipped).
After processing/shipping, cancellation is not possible.
